Food and Prescription Refills
We carry a complete line of specialty foods for your pet and our friendly staff is always eager to help you obtain the food or medication that has been prescribed for your pet’s health.
Fill out the form below to submit your food or prescription refill request. If you are requesting food, please use the comment section to tell us the specific name of your food, quantity, and size (e.g. 1 – 17 pound bag of Hill’s I/D, 2 cases of Royal Canin GI Low Fat). Food orders need to be submitted by noon on Tuesdays. Clients will be contacted once your food has arrived at the clinic for pick up. Please allow 24 hours for medication refill requests to be processed.
If you prefer to pick up your food/medication at the vet hospital, please click on the “Request Appointment” button below and in the drop box for “Reasons for Appointment” select Medication Refill. You will be contacted once your medication has been approved and ready for pick-up.
