History

Munhall Veterinary Hospital was established by Dr. Ronald T. Bezak in 1987 and moved to its present location in 1996. Focused on small animals, Dr. Bezak provided veterinary services for dogs, cats, and small pocket pets.

Through the years, Dr. Bezak developed a great relationship with the Munhall community and the greater Pittsburgh region. His dedication to treating our client’s pets as family has helped make Munhall Veterinary Hospital grow into the busy practice it has become today. After practicing for nearly 30 years, Dr. Bezak recently decided it was time to slow down and retire. In May 2016, Dr. Bezak sold the veterinary hospital to Dr. John Stoner. Now, under new ownership we continue to strive to provide the personal, quality veterinary care our clients are accustomed to. Our recent addition of a second full time veterinarian gives us increased capacity to provide medical and surgical services to our four legged patients. There are many other upgrades happening around the office as well, including new waiting room furniture, this new website, new anesthesia equipment and we anticipate the addition of laser surgery in the near future. We are excited about continuing to meet the veterinary needs of the Munhall community and look forward to serving you in the future.
