Cancellation/Reschedule Policies:

Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive either an email/text/phone call reminder to confirm your appointment.  If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours prior to your service, this must be done during normal business hours.  If your appointment is scheduled on a Monday, please cancel/reschedule your appointment on the preceding Saturday before the close of business. We do not answer phones or respond to emails during non-business hours, all cancellations or reschedule request must be done during business hours via phone or PetDesk app, do not send an email.  Providing adequate notice gives us the opportunity to fill that time slot with another pet.

If you cancel/reschedule within the 24-hour period or no-show the appointment, you will be charged a $35 fee per appointment, this fee must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

Late Policy:

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and pay the $35 late fee to get back on the appointment calendar.

New Clients Policy:

Any new client who has never been to Munhall Veterinary Hospital is welcomed to create an account and schedule an appointment.  We require any new client to prepay for their pet’s exam to get on the appointment calendar.  This prepayment will go towards the final balance at the time of the appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, your prepaid exam fee will be refunded to your credit card as long as you provide 24 hours’ notice during business hours.  If 24 hours’ notice is not provided or you no show for the appointment, the prepaid exam fee is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice, your prepaid exam fee will carry over to the newly rescheduled appointment.  If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice and want to reschedule, you will be charged a $35 fee that will go against your prepaid exam fee. You must call and speak with a receptionist to reschedule/cancel an appointment, we do not accept emails or text messages for appointment cancellations.
