Dear Munhall Vet Clients,
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are trying to better serve our clients and pets by offering the option to schedule a telemedicine appointment. We have created a Skype account under the username firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to create a Skype account for us to do video chat. Our receptionists have been given guidelines as to which sick appointments may be scheduled as a telemedicine appointment. Should the doctor think that it is necessary for her to physically examine your pet, we have set aside time in the afternoon for you to bring your pet in to have the necessary treatments performed in the hospital. If the doctor prescribes medication during your telemedicine appointment, we will fill the medication for you in our hospital and have you come pick up the medication at your earliest convenience. To schedule a telemedicine appointment, we require payment over the phone, cash will not be available as a payment option.
If you do not have access to Skype or a computer with a camera, we will still do our best to conduct a telemedicine appointment over the phone. If possible, you can also send pictures to our email@example.com account and we can try to diagnose your pet’s ailments.
